CCTV not working? We’ll fix it
Camera down, no picture, footage not recording or an app that’s stopped connecting — our engineers repair existing CCTV and intruder alarm systems, whoever installed them originally. No pushy upsell to a whole new system if yours can be fixed.

If it sounds familiar, we can probably fix it
No picture or a frozen image
One or more cameras showing black, blank or a picture that has stopped updating.
Recorder not saving footage
The system is running but nothing is actually being recorded, or footage is missing when you need it.
App or remote access stopped working
Live view or playback that used to work on your phone has stopped connecting.
Storm, cabling or power damage
Cameras or recorders knocked out after bad weather, a power cut or accidental cable damage.
Poor night-time image quality
Grainy, washed-out or unusable footage after dark, even though the camera itself still works.
Water ingress or physical damage
Cameras or housings damaged by weather, impact or a failed seal letting moisture in.
Getting your system working again is straightforward
Tell us what’s wrong
Call, WhatsApp or send the form — a rough description of the fault is enough to get started.
We diagnose the fault
On site or remotely where possible, our engineer works out what’s actually gone wrong before quoting anything.
Honest recommendation
We tell you plainly if it’s a quick fix, a part replacement, or if the system is genuinely beyond repair.
Fixed and tested
Repairs completed and the whole system tested before we leave, with parts covered by a 3-year warranty.
Yes. Most of our repair call-outs are on systems installed by another company or a previous owner’s installer. Our engineers work with all the common brands of camera, recorder and alarm panel.
No. If the fault is a straightforward repair, that’s what we’ll quote. We’ll only recommend replacement where a system is genuinely beyond economical repair — for example a recorder that’s failed completely and is no longer supported.
Most repair visits are booked within a few working days. Tell us the fault when you get in touch and we’ll give you a realistic timeframe.
We’ll tell you plainly, explain why, and give you a straightforward quote for replacement if you want one — with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Yes, any parts we supply and fit as part of a repair are covered by our standard 3-year equipment warranty.
Some faults — particularly app, network or settings issues — can often be diagnosed and sometimes fixed remotely. Hardware faults such as a failed camera or recorder need an engineer on site.
